-se presentará a la Conferencia Nacional de Acción sobre Chile que se celebrará en el Digbeth Civic Hall, Birmingham, el 23 de marzo de 1974.
ESTA CONFERENCIA DE ACCIÓN DEL MOVIMIENTO OBRERO Y ESTUDIANTIL BRITÁNICO EN SOLIDARIDAD CON CHILE DECLARA:
A. Denunciamos la naturaleza violenta y represiva del golpe de Estado en Chile del 11 de septiembre de 1973, y del régimen militar que instaló. En concreto, denunciamos:
1. La masacre sangrienta, violenta e indiscriminada de partidarios de un gobierno legítimo, partidos políticos legítimos y sindicatos legítimos, que ha tenido lugar en Chile desde el golpe de estado de septiembre de 1973.
2. El asesinato del presidente Salvador Allende, presidente de Chile elegido democráticamente, que murió luchando heroicamente por defender el futuro y el progreso del pueblo chileno...
