Certifica también que por Decreto N°15 de 24 de Enero de 1975, se dejó sin efecto el Decreto anteriormente señalado, sólo repecto al Sr. Antonio González Yaksic, y que a contar de esta última fecha puede disponer libremente de sus bienes.
